Zippy Web Pro Rata Refunds for all build Plans.


Our build plans are offered on a pro rata basis. This means that if you purchase a plan and decide to cancel before the project is fully completed, you will receive a refund proportional to the amount of work completed.


For example:

- If you purchase a 5-page website build and we have completed work equivalent to 2 pages, you will be eligible for a 60% refund of the total plan cost.


Zippy Web Pro Rata Refunds for Other Product Plans including hosting and all other services offered:


All other product & service plans offered by Zippy Web are also eligible for pro rata refunds. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the work completed at the time of the refund request.


Zippy Web Refund Process:


- Refund Method: All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

- Processing Time: Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
