Discretionary Basis – Existing customers on this plan may continue to use it solely at the discretion of the business owners.
Definition of “Life” – For clarity, “Site for Life” refers to the lifetime of the plan as defined by our business operations, and does not guarantee service for the lifetime of the customer or any other party.
Right to Amend or Withdraw – We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this plan at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of any such change.
Alternative Options – If the plan is withdrawn, affected customers will be offered suitable alternative hosting or service options.
6. Third-Party Services
- Our services are delivered using third-party platforms and providers (including our white-label website builder).
- By using our services, you agree to comply with any applicable terms imposed by those providers.
- We are not responsible for downtime, service changes, feature removals, or other issues arising from third-party services, though we will use reasonable efforts to assist you if such issues occur.
7. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for your website.
- You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact and billing details.
- You must not use our services for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
- Unless otherwise agreed, you own the rights to your website content.
- We retain the rights to our underlying frameworks, tools, and proprietary systems.
- Any third-party software or services remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for site downtime, service interruptions, or any resulting loss of income if services are suspended due to non-payment or any other reason within our rights under these Terms.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- We are not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms or providers.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
