Plan 1: Completion within 7 days
Plan 2: Completion within 14 days
Plan 3: Completion within 21 days
Will my subscription price increases?
Generally, the price you subscribe to will not change as long as your subscription remains in force and up to date.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Stripe will attempt to collect your payment every four days for two more attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, we will unpublish your website, and you will need to subscribe again.
Can I pay on invoice?
We offer a pay by invoice service on the annual plan only. Reach out to us and we'll explain how it works.
Do I have to use your hosting partners?
Yes, all websites built on our platform are published through us and our partner, AMAZON Web Services
Can I transfer my website to another person?
Yes, your website can be transferred to another person as long as that person accepts our terms and conditions and pays the relevant hosting charges.
Does hosting include site maintenance?
